No SmokingOld West Winthrop, on the river, with a stunning backyard view of the Chewuch River. This historic Winthrop house has been updated beautifully. The kitchen and bathroom are state of the art and charming. The back features lush green grass, with a little bridge that crosses the irrigation ditch, which runs between the house and the Chewuch River. Next door, you can easily traverse the Chewuch river on a walking suspension bridge which takes you on a riverwalk through 13 acres of open space.
The house features two bedrooms with Queen beds. There is a large table to gather around in the river-view back room, or to sit, work, and gaze at the wildlife that gathers at the watering hole below. The front living room is comfortable, and it is fun to watch the Winthrop goings on. Always something! Well behaved dogs with conscientious owners welcome.
sThe rear of the house has easy access to the river as well as to an irrigation ditch that runs from May to early October. The owners would strongly discourage children families with young children, especially during irrigation season and early spring runoff.

Perfect spot for a Winthrop stay. In town for shopping. Restful location on stream. Great kitchen and dining areas with well stocked kitchen essentials.

This rental exceeded our expectations! Fully stocked, sweetly, decorated, conveniently located, impeccably clean- We cooked some elaborate meals and appreciated the fully loaded kitchen. We (and our pups) look forward to visiting again. Thanks for creating such a great place to stay

The property is on the river and in town, great location. We had a great time visiting many of our favorite spots in this area. The house was excellent and nicely stocked with everything you will need. The property manager responding quickly to a few questions we had prior to our trip.

Terrific home: clean, ac kept us cool, prime location, comfortable spaces, A+ kitchen, immaculate bathroom. The back deck and yard were perfect places to hang out and have our one year old crawl around and practice walking. Loved being by the river! Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and great central location! Enjoyed sitting on the deck and sitting by the river. Our dogs loved it, too! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful Airbnb - right at the edge of town so it was very walkable but also felt very private. The backyard is the best part though. The river is peaceful and beautiful with a small waterfall right across the river. Three times we saw deer walking through the river right from the house! We loved the kitchen for cooking and it had everything we needed. The Airbnb has 3 mini-splits; 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the main area which worked great during the summer heat. We would definitely come back!

Libby’s Landing is one of the best rental houses I’ve stayed at! I’m confident it’s the best rental in town. The location is ideal; right on the river, next to a foot bridge and riverside trail, a short walk from downtown, shops and restaurants. The house is pristine, filled with country charm and regional references. Beds are comfy, plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Beautiful views from the back deck and yard overlooking the river. And who doesn’t love a porch swing?! So many lovely details, nothing overlooked. We will be back!

What a fantastic location! We loved being so close to downtown while also having a private feeling backyard oasis. Our little one enjoyed watching the world go by from the porch swing everyday with us. We really enjoyed the close proximity to so many different activities and how little we had to get in the car to go anywhere. The home felt cozy and inviting and we would be more than happy to stay here again. We were also so pleased to bring our dog with us so it really was a family vacation.

My husband and I stayed in Winthrop as our “base camp” to hike and enjoy the Northern Cascades for our birthdays. This property was absolutely phenomenal! We felt right at home with all the amenities provided and super appreciated that it allowed our fur baby! The backyard views are beautiful and the location can’t be beat! Thanks for the great trip!

This home was the perfect home base for four friends enjoying a weekend away together while participating in the Sunflower Relay. We were able to walk everywhere in town and explored the walking path along the river across the foot bridge. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

What a great location for one or more of the many festivals or events in Winthrop! The place is especially great if you want to play games with friends while looking at the Methow River.

We had a wonderful weekend in Winthrop for a hockey tournament and the location of Libby’s Landing was perfect. This house is directly at the end of the main strip and made walking around town a breeze.
